Can anyone give me a rough estimate of how much this tattoo MIGHT cost?
I know this all varies I’ve read the guides online and junk but I was hoping an actual artist could ballpark what they might charge for this.
Okay for starters I figure it would be roughly 5×3 ” and just black for now. The design is an old fashioned locked chest with the word “TRUTH” written on it with light pouring out of the keyhole and then an old fashioned key with the word “Philosophy” spelled in Greek for the teeth of the key.

Try not to laugh. But that’s all I want. No filler stuff just the chest and the key done in black only big enough to make out the words and I figure my peck or shoulder blade would be the best spot.
So hopefully someone can tell me at the very least how long it might take to do so that if I get a shop hour price I can have something to go by. Thanks in advance.
depending on where you live most places charge $50 to $75 an hour. i would say around $150 to $200 for that design with color if you choose to do so. if they tell you more than $200 there smoking crack and you need to go elsewhere.

I can’t seem to find a good design of a ” Lilac Flower ” to go with this Greek key design… The lilac flower will represent my grandparents who passed away and the greek key represents my dad who also passed away… (Lilacs being my grandparents favorite flowers, and the greek key because my dad is greek and had a necklace he always wore with this design.)
