How can i tell my friend that i dont like all the piercings and tattoos she wants?
She is my best friend, therefore i really dont want to cause anything between us. the piercing and tattoos lay heavily on me, and i have kept my toung about them for long enough. when she says she wants a piercing(s), she says “i want one here, here, here, here {etc.}.” i dont want to make her mad or upset bc her friend doesnt agree with her. if i didnt truly care, i wouldnt be asking these questions. i would appreciate new testament references. old testament too. 
She cares about my opinion
Just be honest with her tell her why you don’t like the idea of her getting tattoos. It’s ultimately her choice and if she chooses to get them then you have to as a friend let it go but there is nothing wrong with sharing how you feel and what you believe. Show her the scripture but don’t threaten her with it.

Pick A Dialect, (Not) Just Any Dialect!
Not all Aramaic is created equal, and yet most translators say one of the following when asked if they can translate English into Aramaic: “I know Aramaic” (but no mention which dialect), “I am a native speaker of Aramaic” (do you mean Neo-Aramaic, Syriac, Turyoye or what?), or “my product has a number of different dialects in it” (ok, not helpful when I’m looking for a specific dialect, and would you care to tell me how you learned them?).
There are (or more accurately, will be shortly) Squidoo pages on Aramaic dialects, but in the mean time I’ll give you this example and send you to a page that surveys the topic in depth:
Suppose that you’re looking for the language of Jesus (1st Century Galilean), when you’re looking for a translation you find someone who is a “native speaker” and who is specifically proud of speaking the language of Jesus. What are you looking at? Definitely not a speaker of the language of Jesus, which died out millennium ago! Nine times out of ten, you have a member of the Syriac Orthodox Church who will be happy to give you a Syriac translation. However, Syriac is a dialect of Aramaic that developed two hundred years after Jesus’ death and decidedly wasn’t evolving from Galilean Aramaic in the first place.

Where does it say in the new testament we don’t follow by the old testament?
My question means, where does it state that in the new testament. I know we still follow by the ten commandments, and many say we don’t follow anything of the old sept for the ten commandments. Like Leviticus 19 where it talks about tattoos, how its a sin, is it a sin for us today still like it was for the Israelites?
actually it says:
(2 Timothy 3:16-17) . . .All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work.
(Romans 15:4) . . .For all the things that were written aforetime were written for our instruction, that through our endurance and through the comfort from the Scriptures we might have hope.
(1 Corinthians 10:11) Now these things went on befalling them as examples, and they were written for a warning to us upon whom the ends of the systems of things have arrived.
So we don’t live by somethings in OT because Jesus’ death represents a higher sacrifice than animal sacrifice, observing the Sabbath because also after Jesus’ death there was no need for it anymore. But as the scriptures above show there is much to be learnt from the OT, including the fulfillment of many prophesies.
Reference to tattoos: it was written not to have a tattoo, today a true Christian wouldn’t have a tattoo because of what it represents in society. Jesus said that his followers are no part of this world. Meaning that they wouldn’t follow the trends of this world, because as 1John5:19 states the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one. It’s about an attitude not a law, if a person wants to be identified as one of God’s servants then he will give up some things that he would want to do because of his love for God.
